From I-75 North
Take Sharon Road (exit 15); turn left onto Sharon Road. At the 4th traffic light, turn right onto Springfield Pike. (Rt 4) Maple Knoll Outreach Services for Seniors is located 1/4 mile down the road on the left hand side in the Maple Knoll Professional Building. The office is located on the far left hand side of the building.

From 275 West
Take Route 4 (exit 41); turn right onto Springfield Pike (Rt. 4 South). Pass through 5 traffic lights. Maple Knoll Outreach Services for Seniors is 1/2 mile past Northland Boulevard on the right hand side in the Maple Knoll Professional Building. The office is located on the far left hand side of the building.
